3PL invoice audit

The invoice. The agreed rate. The difference.

Check the charges on your fulfillment invoice against the commercial terms you supply. Start with one invoice, then choose wider coverage if you need it.

Potential discrepancies need review. They are not recovered money.

The review

Small details. Real billing questions.

Each check follows the records you provide. Open the evidence and decide whether a charge needs a conversation.

01

Repeated charges

Spot matching charges within an invoice or across invoices in a wider audit.

02

Fees without a matching rate

See service codes missing from the supplied terms. Missing terms do not prove an overcharge.

03

Totals that do not add up

Compare the line total with the quantity multiplied by the billed unit rate.

04

Rates that differ from the agreement

Compare billed rates with supplied rates, including supported tiers and minimums.

Before you upload

A few useful answers.

File preparation & tutorials →
What do I need to upload?

One invoice and the applicable contract or rate card. Automatic checks use supported structured USD CSVs. The free scan also accepts PDF, Excel, TSV and TXT files for assisted normalization; accepting those files does not mean the analysis is complete or guarantee a delivery time.

Will BillGuarded contact my 3PL?

No. You review the findings and decide what to share. A completed review can provide a downloadable packet to help with that conversation.

What if nothing is flagged?

You receive the result of the supported checks. No findings does not certify that every charge is correct or that every contract condition was assessed.

What does the paid audit add?

The Full 90-Day Audit covers up to 10 invoice CSVs over up to 90 days and can check for duplicates across files. The one-invoice Evidence Check and free scan use the same audit engine.

Are my files public?

No. Uploads and results use private access. Keep your report recovery link to yourself; anyone who receives it may be able to open your report.
