From your files to the finding.
Choose a task below. Keep invoices and payment details out of the AI guide; use the private upload flow for your documents.
Use the applicable rate card.
Match the invoice period, service codes and units to your agreement. All amounts for automatic analysis must be USD.
- Rate-card CSV: service_code and rate. Include supported quantity tiers, included quantities or minimum charges when they apply.
- Invoice CSV: reference, service_code, quantity, unit_rate and amount. Keep the original row order so you can locate findings.
- Maximum 20 MB per file and 50 MB combined.
Do not rename a PDF or spreadsheet to .csv. Export actual rows as CSV. The free Proof Scan accepts PDF, XLS, XLSX, TSV and TXT for assisted normalization; it does not promise a completed analysis from those files.
Open free upload →Check one invoice for free.
Enter your company and work email. Select one invoice and the terms it should follow. Confirm your upload authorization, then submit. The status message names the current upload or analysis step.
If a file is rejected, check its format and size. Keep the error text. If submission fails after upload, contact support before repeating it; an earlier request may already be recorded.

Start a free Proof Scan with one invoice and the rates that applied to it. Enter your company and work email, then select the two files. Supported U.S. dollar CSVs can be compared automatically. Other accepted formats need normalization before a result; upload acceptance does not mean analysis is complete. Keep each file under twenty megabytes. Review the upload authorization before submitting. No card is required. If a submission fails after upload, keep the error and contact support before repeating it.
Choose the invoice count.
The $299 Evidence Check covers exactly one supported USD invoice CSV plus its applicable rate-card CSV. It uses the same comparison engine as the free Proof Scan.
The $1,500 Full 90-Day Audit covers up to 10 supported USD invoice CSVs spanning up to 90 days and the matching rate card. Both are one-time charges. Continuous Monitor is planned; paid enrollment is disabled.
A qualifying Evidence Check purchase can receive a $299 upgrade credit toward the Full 90-Day Audit within 14 days. Use the same work email and check the amount shown in Stripe before paying. Contact support if the credit is missing.

Choose your coverage before selecting files. Evidence Check is a one-time two hundred ninety-nine dollar charge for exactly one invoice CSV and one applicable rate-card CSV. It uses the same comparison engine as the free scan. The fifteen-hundred-dollar Full Ninety-Day Audit adds up to ten invoices spanning up to ninety days. Files validate before Stripe Checkout opens. Review the amount and any qualifying upgrade credit there before paying. Monitoring is not available for paid enrollment.
Read the amounts and the evidence.
Open a finding to see the billed amount, applicable amount and potential difference. Follow the invoice row and any available rate-card row. An unmatched fee needs agreement review; an unknown applicable amount is excluded from the quantified total.
Check service dates, units and operational context before requesting a correction. A zero-finding report means the supported checks did not identify a discrepancy in the supplied rows; it does not certify the whole invoice.

This is a fictional invoice, not a customer result. The sample totals six hundred forty-five dollars billed and ninety-eight dollars in potential differences. Open a finding to compare billed and applicable amounts. Follow invoice row three to the pick charge, then rate-card row two to the agreed dollar twenty rate. The unpriced surcharge is excluded from the total. Review the agreement and operating context before requesting a correction.

Completed reports provide a findings CSV and a dispute packet. Review any draft before you use it. BillGuarded does not send it to your 3PL.
To reopen a report on another device, use the private recovery link emailed to you. Search your inbox and spam folder for BillGuarded and open the original link. Do not forward it or paste it into chat. The public concierge cannot resend a private link or inspect your account. A blank status page is not payment confirmation.

Reopen a completed report using the private recovery link emailed to you. That link grants access, so do not forward it or paste it into the AI guide. Missing or expired credentials cannot open a report. Completed findings and dispute drafts are for your team to review. The report shows potential differences, not money recovered from the three P L.
Keep the next step clear.
If checkout was cancelled, no payment is confirmed by that return. If you expected a completed payment or an audit failed, do not pay again. Ask the AI concierge about the status and error text. Keep identifying information and payment details out of the conversation.
A normalization status is not a completed report. There is no promised completion time for assisted formats. Ask support about a usable CSV export.

A status page alone is not proof of payment. Waiting for confirmation means paid access has not been confirmed here. If you expected a completed payment, do not pay again. A cancelled checkout or verification error directs you back to support. Completed reports offer a findings CSV and a dispute packet. Review the packet before using it; BillGuarded does not send it to your provider. No findings means the supported checks found no discrepancy in the supplied rows, not that every charge is correct.
